Will there be any changes in the current model this year? Have there been any changes? I'm due in july, 2008 and I'm curious if I should hold off buying this stroller in case an updated system goes on the market. Thank you in advance for your thoughtful replies!!

Hold off, period, because once you have your baby you might find you want nothing to do with an overpriced system designed so you never touch your baby.
That sort of high-end crap looked nice to me, too, at one time.
Thankfully I got a convertible car seat that stays in the car, and some nice slings and soft carriers.
Babies are meant to be touched, not toted in plastic carriers...
