what im looking for is 2 carriers that will attach to 1 double stroller.
all im able to find is a double stroller that holds ONE carrier car seat. so far im finding that my only option is to buy 2 carriers and a double stroller which is going to make for time waisted getting babies out of a seat and into stroller. please if you know ....help

I have 14 month old twins and couldn't find a double travel system when I was registering. Graco makes a double stroller called the Duo-Glider. It is a double tandem stroller. The Graco infant carriers pop in and out of it easily . . . but you need to purchase everything individually. We bought our infant carriers new and got a deal on the stroller on Craigs List.
When they are newborns it is definitely easier popping the carriers in and out of the stroller instead of having to unstrap them.
You might also consider a Snap & Go - it is basically just a frame that you can pop the carriers in and out of - they make a double one that is very lightweight and easy to get in and out of the car. They really are not in the infant carriers for all that long . . . so this is a good option:

I want to buy a car seat and stroller togeather as a travel system. I looked at walmart, baby depot, babies r us, and target and can't find a neutral one that I like. ANy Ideas where I can find one?

You can't find a system you like or just a design you like. You can always find a system you like and get a carseat cover. Check out e-bay. They have tons of them. Some of the stores on their will let you pick out the colors and fabrics. We just bought 2 for our unborn twins.
